Efficiency is critical for commercial operations. Typically, the application process is completed within one business day, depending on the size of the lot. For vehicle traffic, we recommend a curing time of 24 to 48 hours. We often schedule work on weekends or in phases to ensure your tenants and customers always have access to the property.

For the sealant to bond and cure correctly, the ambient temperature must be at least and rising. We also monitor the forecast closely to ensure there is no rain expected within 24 hours of application. In Edmonton, our primary service window typically runs from late May through September.
